Zeochem products Z10-04 and 210-44 are alkali alumino-silicates. They are the sodium form of the "X" type structure and have an effective pore opening of 9 Angstrom (0.9nm).

Z10-04 and Z10-44 are both designed and developed for the production of oxygen rich gas streams from air. The optimized formulation of those products results in a high nitrogen adsorption capacity and fast adsorption kinetics without compromising the beads' mechanical stability.

The properties of Z10-04 and Z10-44 make them an ideal choice for use in oxygen PSA technology, and hundreds of tons of them are installed in skid mounted oxygen PSA units worldwide, producing concentrated oxygen up to 95% purity for both industrial and medical applications. Z10-04 is the benchmark product available to the market since many years; It has a reliable track record known for its efficiency and durability. Z10-44 is a newer development and can be used in existing units to debottleneck purity or productivity limitation or used to design new and higher performing oxygen PSA units (e.g. higher recovery, smaller footprint, and others).
